Heirloom Cafe and Provisions is built upon updated family recipes, chef driven quality, and an ode to serve the community it calls home.
Chef Katie Nicholas Gill and Andy Gill co-founded the cafe in 2018 after relocation from Austin TX. The UW Madison alums landed in Door County and opened up their dream cafe in Baileys Harbor. Katie, a former private chef, brings inspiration from all the places she has been to create a familiar yet unique taste in the peninsula. Recently the family has welcomed a new member!
