Join us the last Thursday of each month for a new dinner series - Lagom Thursdays. Lagom is a Swedish term with no direct English translation, but it can be loosely interpreted as a word to express a feeling of not too much, not too little, but just right. It is a term of comfort and an a feeling of being at peace. Our Lagom Thursdays will be just that - a comfortable and casual dining experience accompanied by just the right amount of food and flavor.

At each dinner we'll feature a new partner who will pair their expertise with the fine folks in the kitchen at Heirloom for a unique and casually perfect evening. There will be 4 courses served family style for guests to enjoy in the company of friends. We'll also have suggested beer and wine pairings for purchase. Our partners will also be dropping some knowledge relevant to the evening's dinner on guests.

The first dinner will feature produce from Blue Heron Community Farm in Reedsville, WI.  Alex & Lyndsey will also be sharing their insightful knowledge right from their fields - seed to harvest and everything in between. Alex & Lyndsey started Blue Heron in 2017 and have been sharing their goods at farmer's markets around the state, through their CSA program, and on menus throughout the area.
